For our seventh Paired at Peregrin event, we invite you to an intimate dinner alongside Thomas Wines.

Enjoy a five-course modern Australian degustation, celebrating local produce and seasonal flavours with a European twist. From heirloom tomatoes and kangaroo carpaccio to spatchcock, venison and a classic Italian grape tart, indulge in fresh plates expertly paired with drops crafted within the Hunter.

Founder and head wine maker, Andrew Thomas will be here to guide you through the dishes and their pairings.
